Receiving your Reiki 1 attunement can have a very profound impact on you; it will align you more strongly to your life purpose and enlighten you on your journey to ultimate wellbeing. In receiving your Reiki 1 attunement, you may experience an upswing in your overall wellbeing and happiness and open yourself to a more spiritual existence.
The Day
After having an attunement, we learn about the origins of Reiki, the energetic body and the significance of the chakra system to our wellbeing. I will teach you the how Reiki can help realign you, your family and friends!
You will receive a Reiki 1 certification and a comprehensive booklet. Refreshments are provided but please bring your own lunch.

REIKI 2- A One Day Course with Caroline at the Re-Energize You Studio, Lee-on-the-Solent, Hampshire.
Reiki 2, also known as the practitioner level, is where we learn to use three Reiki symbols, which power up our energetic system, promote mental healing and allows us to send Reiki remotely.
The Day
By having your Reiki 2 attunement we learn to recognise our Divine connection. I will go through all aspects of becoming a practitioner from client interaction, professional ethics and insurance. I bring in a client for you to practice on (if learning One 2 One)
You will receive a Reiki 2 certification and a comprehensive booklet. Refreshments are provided but please bring your own lunch.
You may intend to learn Reiki 2 for your personal spiritual development, however, many clients go on to offer Reiki as part of their existing holistic practice and/or begin a Reiki business. Your day is bespoke to you and I am very honoured to facilitate your Reiki journey wherever it takes you!
REIKI MASTER level 3 -A One Day Course with Caroline at the Re-Energize You Studio, Lee-on-the-Solent, Hampshire.
Go further on your Reiki journey and learn how to attune others to Reiki either personally or professionally and allow Reiki to intensify your spiritual practice.
*I teach as a 3 tier system in accordance with how Reiki was taught to me me by my Reiki Master, Brett Bevell.

By having the Reiki Master attunemnent you will experience an even deeper connection to Reiki. You will profoundly further your spiritual development from just from having this level of Reiki. Additionally, you will learn the Master Symbols and a step by step teaching of the attunemnent process. You will practice through attuning candles to flow Reiki and, my personal favourite, create reiki stones as well as practicing with me.
You will receive a Reiki Master certification and a fully illustrated booklet. Refreshments are provided but please bring your own lunch.

REIKI REFRESHER A One Day Course with Caroline at the Re-Energize You Studio, Lee-on-the-Solent, Hampshire.
There are many people I meet who have had Reiki attunements a long time ago, haven't practiced in a while or just feel underconfident in starting a Reiki practice for whatever reason. I am happy to offer a Reiki Refresh Day where I will go through the fundamentals of Reiki to the level originally attained, offering my comprehensive booklets and certificates upon completion.
